Businessmen are taking their sources in using Social Media in order to spread their wings in to a much larger advertisement. This will cover up every individual who are using social media – and its highly unlikely that the ad itself will not be seen. Advertisers have gain more benefits through this type of connection, seeing as it allows ads to run whenever individuals are using their social media pages and that is already an everyday activity.
Advertisers all around the world are spending billions on their media for paid media. This is because they understand that such method can reach consumers over social networking sites. The figures as of today is an increase 33.5% basing from the 2014 record rate. Around 2017, spending will reach $35.98 billion which represents 16.0% from digital ads that are spent around the industry. The advertisers in the US and Canada have placed premiums on social media which will ramp up paid spending in networks in total of 31.0% and for the first time ever, it will pass up $10 billion. Advertising in Asia-Pacific will reach over $7.40 billion while Western Europe has the third largest at $4.74 billion. However, there is a drop in spending amongst three countries which is to name, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa falling behind. The North America advertisers will pay by user which is $50 across social networking, whether they are in the same location or not. Two years in the row, it will increase towards $71.37 which reflects the continuing spending against other methods.
Western Europe has a same trend and amount spent as that of North America. Asia-Pacific has $8.04 spending in each of their users and by 2017, it will total in $10.54. On the other hand, US and China will lead the social ad spending in the future, with a strong command of more than half of the world market throughout the period. US will get to spend $9.59 billion which is 31.0% from 2014 and double from 2013. China ad spending will have a $3.41 billion this year around with an expected increase of $6.11 billion by 2017; a 12.5% rate of digital ad.
As of today, Facebook is domination in this field and that is in total with all social advertising in the world. 2015 estimates that they will make $15.50 billion in ad revenues or 65.5% for social network ad spending. It is a higher portion from 2014 which Facebook have owned 64.5% in the social ad market.
