In basic search engine optimization (SEO), it is essential and fundamental. It will help to position the website properly to be found at the most critical points in buying process or it will be needed the most. The mail goal of SEO is not to cheat but the purpose of it is to:

  • Create a seamless and great user experience.
  • To communicate search engines for the intentions, and can have a recommendation in the website for a relevant searches.

Here are some essential tips on SEO Basic that can be a great help in optimizing the website:

  1. Your Website is like a Cake
  • The links, paid search, and social media can be compared as the icing, and the content, information architecture, content management system, and infrastructural can be best compared as the sugar. Why? Because without all of it, the cake will be tasteless, boring, and eventually throw it to the trash. Same as the website, without all of it, the site will be boring and eventually no one will notice it and it’ll be a trash.
  1. What Search Engines Are Looking For
  • Search engines want to do their job as best as it can be by referring users to the websites and content that is the most relevant to what’s the user looking for. Content should determined by the theme that is being given. And performance should be fast and does it work properly.
  1. What Search Engines Are NOT Looking For
  • Search engine spider only has a limited amount of data storage. So, the performance is shady tactics or even trying to trick them, chances would be being hurt along the run. Overuse of keywords on the pages, and it should be easy to get around.
  1. Know Your Business Model
  • Many people tends not to just sit down, instead they want to focus on what their main goals are. And they should ask some questions to their self, to know what they are dealing with. Like, what a conversion is? What are the goals they should need to reach? Or does the asset and liabilities are visible for them to know it?
  1. Optimizing different types of results
  • Make sure to focus on mobile and tablet optimization as well as other media. Create rich media content like videos. And, it should be easier to understand and the video should rank on the first page. Optimizing the non-text content so the search engines can see it.
