Tips For First Time In Blogging
Whether you’re a business owner or not, blogging is always the best experience for all. We have many thoughts we want to share and this is not a new thing for us. But then again, there’s always a challenge when it comes to blogging especially if this is your first time. And what is it? Well, the traffic of course! I remember when I first started to blog. I really had a hard time increasing my numbers as well as my target audience. It’s not easy running a blog that is fresh out from scratch. I’ve tried different techniques, subscribed to expensive websites, and even paid services to help me out. Little did I know that there’s a shortcut in order to boost my blog.
Yep! You read that one right, there’s a shortcut! You can even help out your business out. First time blogging might not be that easy but it’s going to make your life better especially with the benefits it can give you.
Offer content.
You probably heard that a million times, just like me. Specialists would say, “offer content” but I already am writing. Why am I still not gaining numbers? That’s because I wasn’t offering a real content. Remember that there’s a lot of pages that offer this as well which is why you need to be unique when you introduce a content. You shouldn’t focus on writing alone, you need to have videos and other graphics to gain your readers’ interest. Create videos that focus on “tips”, “how tos-“ and what not. Make graphics that are comfortable in the eyes and are very informative, such as an infographic. It’s interesting and can tap their curiosity which is a big plus!
Offer contest.
It’s not even helpful if this is just a personal blog but for those who are running their business in blogging too, then this can be very beneficial! Contest means you have freebies you’re willing to offer to your audience and it’s merrier if you’re giving out your products or services. In this way, many people will be clicking on your contest page, bringing more people in. Just think of something that would really spike an interest, what things you’re willing to give out, and you’ll be good to go!
Offer shares.
This doesn’t mean you’re going give out your shares! This just means you have to make your offer or content shareable for everyone. When people like what they’re seeing, then expect that they’ll be sharing it on social media. Take note, social media pages are your best friend.
When have you these things? You’ll be soaring high even if it’s your first time in blogging. Try it! It will never fail you.
