New Product Email

 

This is an announcement you make to your online customers about the new product that you have just launched. This can be done as an email blast. However, this type of email is very tricky to do. Customers usually do not like receiving this type of email and rather left it unread or thrown to the virtual trash after opening it for a few seconds. You must do a very eye-catching email like more visuals and fewer words. Your email subject must also be a perfect click bait.

This email helps your customers get updated with what is going on in your business. It can be an announcement of a new partnership or new project or a campaign. This can also be some useful article that can enlighten your customers. This type of email doesn’t promote business products or anything that you sell. It is an email of goodwill and relation of other things.

 

Transaction Emails

 

These are emails that you send to your customers when they make transactions with you. This may be auto generated depending on the transaction done. It can be sent to your customers when they purchased a product, order tracking, and availing any promos. It is a communication between the seller and the buyer. This will also help your customer to trust you and your business.

 

These emails must be done in a professional way. Remember that email marketing is a two-way communication. It is also a personal approach and can be personalized. With proper use of email, this can be an effective marketing tool for the growth of your business.
